Early Years



Connaught Education has extensive experience of working with a range of Early Years education providers. We proactively manage an extensive candidate pool of Level 3 qualified nursery nurses which are available immediately for our clients.

Our specialist consultants work with a broad range of clients and have experience dealing with SEN inclusion support, nursery teachers, nursery nurses and assistants along with other areas of early years support including administrative staff and nursery management.

A flexible approach to providing quality staffing solutions to the early years sector means that we have the capacity to deal with a range of requirements from a short term requirement to provide cover for a few hours through to longer term and permanent solutions. After many successful years as a main preferred supplier to a group of LA nurseries, we have a proven track record and the knowledge and experience required to deliver a high quality service whilst dealing with high volumes of demand.
