Connaught Education has extensive experience of working with the full range of schools for 11-18 year old pupils including academies, city technology colleges (CTCs), community schools and foundation schools. Our specialist secondary school consultants work with subject specific secondary teachers, cover supervisors, learning mentors, teaching assistants, one to one tutors and inclusion specialists to ensure schools can cover last minute emergency supply needs through to longer term and permanent staffing solutions.

In addition to classroom and teaching staff, our consultants work to assist secondary schools in sourcing many other support staff for functions across the school. This includes lab technicians, coaches, instructors, exam invigilators, administrators, librarians, lunchtime supervisors, bursars and business managers.
