Our client is an Independent Boys Senior School based on the outskirts of South London. The school boasts strong academics, with a 100% pass rate at A Level and GCSE for the last 5 consecutive years. Pupils from this school go onto some of the most prestigious Universities in the UK and Internationally. The school itself sits on over 30 acres of land and has exceptional facilities to support the academic and sporting development of pupils.
Our client is looking to appoint a part-time Ancient Greek Teacher from September 2020. The successful Ancient Greek Teacher must have experience teaching Ancient Greek at A Level, and some experience delivering Classical Civilisation or Latin may be advantageous. It is also desired that the successful Ancient Greek Teacher have experience within independent schools, although this is not essential. The Ancient Greek Teacher must be educated to at least degree level in Ancient Greek or a related field and must be passionate about teaching Ancient Greek and the Classics. The position of Ancient Greek Teacher may also be of interest to those studying Ancient Greek or Classical Languages at a higher level who may be considering a career in education.
