Our client, an independent co-educational prep school based in South West London is looking for an Administration Assistant for this September. The school has roughly 400 pupils on role, from Nursery up to age 13 for the boys. The school is an IAPS Prep day school that feeds into some of the leading independent secondary schools in West London. Whilst being non-academically selective at entry, the school has impressive exit results coupled with a broad, enriching curriculum.
The school is looking for someone to join their school administration team from September 2019. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient and keen to help throughout the school. This role will be to provide support to the Reception, HR, Admissions and Marketing team, so would suit a candidate that is looking for a varied and fast-paced role. This post also gives the candidate a hands-on insight into the processes within a school.
The successful candidate will be professional, friendly and willing to participate in all aspects of the school. Strong communication skills are essential alongside being IT proficient, e.g. SIMS, Excel, Word, etc. Previous school experience is desired but not essential.
