Admissions, Marketing & HR Officer
Connaught Education are working with an independent pre-prep and prep school in Hampstead to find a personable and experienced Admissions, Marketing, and HR Coordinator.
Start date: As soon as possible
Hours of work: Four or five days per week (potentially two days Recruitment/HR and two days Admissions/Marketing), 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.
There must be a minimum of three days in the school but this role offers the potential of up to two days working from home.
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (based on experience)

Role Overview: As the Admissions, Marketing, and HR Coordinator, you will be an ambassador for the school, orchestrating the seamless admissions process, promoting the school’s profile both internally and externally, and managing internal Recruitment and HR responsibilities. This multifaceted role plays a pivotal part in contributing to the overall success of the school community.
- Meticulously manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to full integration.
- Craft and execute marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in brand representation.
- Oversee Safer Recruitment procedures and HR practices in compliance with relevant policies.
- Collaborate with the Headteacher and governors to implement impactful marketing strategies.
- Navigate the entire recruitment process, from posting advertisements to issuing contracts.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with ISI standards and important legislation.
- Demonstrated client-facing acumen with warm and professional interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
- Impeccable planning and organisational skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Competency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and proficient database management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the independent education sector.
- Previous experience in client-facing sales and marketing roles.
- Proven experience in Recruitment and HR roles.
- Familiarity with Safer Recruitment practices, ISI standards, and KCSIE legislation.
