Our client, a highly sought-after pre-prep school in Hampstead, is looking for a suitably qualified Assistant Early Years Teacher to join their school. Our client is an established organisation with an excellent reputation across London as the leading co-educational nursery and pre-preparatory school.

There is currently an Assistant Early Years Teacher vacancy. They are required to start as soon as possible to support the ethos of the school, maintain discipline and uphold high standards of conduct and appearance. The successful Assistant Early Years Teacher will be working in a structured environment with a strong focus on academics and feeding selective schools in North London.

This post will require a full-time commitment and would be during term time only, the salary would be based on experience and between £22,000 – £24,000. The incoming Assistant Early Years Teacher will report to the Headmistress and will have excellent communication skills, being able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and members of the school community.

A suitable candidate profile may include:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification OR an Early Years Degree
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
• A friendly, approachable, and supportive personality
