The School:
Our client is a leading Independent School based in London. The School has a strong academic focus, and many of its pupils go on to leading senior schools and universities within London and across the country.
The Role:
Computing is a growing and popular subject at the school and an outstanding and passionate Computing Teacher is required to join and lead this successful and popular department. The successful Computing Teacher will need to be able to teach Computing or IT from KS3 up to A Level, and should ideally have experience working within an independent school, although this is not essential. The Computing Teacher must be confident in programming and coding, and be able to instil a passion for the subject within pupils. Ideally, the Computing Teacher will have Head of Department ambition or experience, and the want to transform IT within the school.
Our client is looking for a full-time Computing Teacher, and ideally the successful Computing Teacher will have knowledge of at least one programming language.
Our client ask that the Computing Teacher be educated to at least degree level, and be passionate about teaching Computing at a range of levels. It is also desired that the Computing Teacher be able to run extra-curricular activities, such as Computing Club.
