Our client is a prestigious and high achieving independent day school and sixth form for girls based in a picturesque location on greenbelt land in Surrey. Presently the school in question is seeking to appoint a Head of Human Resources from January 2024, the role is a full time 6-month contract with the likelihood of a permanent extension at the conclusion.

The role in question reports directly to the Headmistress and liaises with the Senior Leadership Team, whilst overseeing a HR Advisor and Assistant to ensure the smooth running of everything related to Human Resources.

The successful applicant will be CIPD Level 7 with senior HR experience in a school setting and will have some experience of budgetary responsibility.
