Our client is the leading independent fifth and sixth form college in London, in January 2023 they opened a brand new, full boarding facility in a highly enviable urban location in London. Presently they are seeking to appoint a Housemaster or Housemistress to a permanent contract from either January 2024 or April 2024, applicants who are seeking to teach are encouraged to apply.

This new boarding facility is based near some of London’s most prominent academic and cultural hotspots, offering the chance to live in a vibrant, diverse area of London whilst leading a boarding house with London’s foremost independent fifth and sixth form college. The facility has space for 70 pupils and is integrated with the college itself, there will be a team of 3 Houseparent’s to support the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will have experience of a traditional boarding facility and ideally experience of teaching in their preferred subject area at Key Stage 5. This role would suit an individual who is seeking to step up from Assistant Housemaster/Housemistress and to be at the forefront of the continued growth and development of boarding provision at the college, opportunities for continued professional development are outstanding.
