Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (based on experience)

Start Date: As soon as possible or September 2023

Contract: Interim basis until September or Permanent Basis either immediately or from September

Our client, a highly esteemed independent school situated in the picturesque region of Berkshire, is actively seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join their distinguished institution. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient and top-notch HR support to the school, working in close collaboration with the group’s HR Manager based in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment of academic and non-academic staff
  • Ensure that the Single Central Record of Staff is kept up to date at all times and in accordance with the DBS Code of Practice and Keeping Children Safe in Education.
  • Ensuring that all other employee records in the school’s databases (iSAMS and SuccessFactors) are accurate and updated when required.
  • General filing and shredding.
  • Operational HR – Keep up to date with changes in employment law, guidance and best practice and inform as necessary.
  • Oversee the HR Information System, Success Factors.

While HR experience within a school environment is preferable, it is not an absolute requirement. If you possess HR experience in a related field and demonstrate a strong desire to bring a positive attitude, coupled with a passion for administration and organisational skills, this role will be well-suited to your abilities.
