HR and Recruitment Specialist – Independent Through School
Location: Bushey, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Start date: Immediate
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Our client, an independent co-educational through school in Hertfordshire, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR and Recruitment Specialist to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the school’s staffing needs, and recruiting the best candidates to meet those needs. In addition, you will manage various administrative tasks that require exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in HR and recruitment, using databases, a solid understanding of MS Office, and a great sense of humour. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also be essential in liaising with colleagues, candidates, and external partners.
