Connaught Education is the established recruitment consultancy for the independent schools’ sector providing staff recruitment services to the world’s leading independent education organisations. We are excited to announce that, due to continued growth, we are hiring a permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our London Education Team.

We are interested to hear from people with recruitment experience, with experience of working in schools, from career changers or from graduates. For graduates and other candidates without experience we have an induction and training programme that is tailored to the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, which provides a comprehensive introduction to recruitment and our sector.
