Our independent school clients are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants and Practitioners to join their well-resourced schools and dedicated teaching teams.
Typically, our successful Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant candidates are excellent communicators who have a good knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage learning; they will be able to communicate with pupils, colleagues and parents effectively; and it is essential that applicants have a level 3 childcare qualification or above, as we cannot consider unqualified candidates for the majority of EYFS classroom support roles. Level 3 childcare, EYPS, NQT, and QTS and other qualifications equal to or exceeding the level 3 band will be considered. Beyond having effective communication and the appropriate level of qualifications, Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant candidates should have a personable and professional disposition, being a passionate advocate for a first-class education and children’s learning.
