Our client, a prestigious independent school in Hammersmith and Fulham, is looking for a talented and dynamic Maths Teacher to join the senior school from September 2024.

The school is independent and co-educational, providing a rich and diverse curriculum to boys and girls from Reception to Sixth Form. The role would be part time, permanent and the salary would be dependent on experience and suitability.

Role Summary

  • To deliver an outstanding Maths curriculum for all pupils
  • Instil a passion for learning, with a dynamic and imaginative approach to teaching and the design of the curriculum

To be successful in this role, the Maths Teacher should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional Maths teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues. You should be committed to staying up to date with developments in your subject and be passionate about creating an outstanding learning experience for all pupils.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Proven experience of teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5 Maths
  • Demonstratable interest and expertise in their subject area
  • Experience in pastoral care and student wellbeing
  • Confidence with use of ICT in teaching
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • University degree in a Maths related discipline
  • Strong academic credentials
