Our client is a highly regarded Independent Prep School in Central London, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Maths Teacher from January 2021.
Our client is one of London’s most prestigious Independent Prep Schools, educating around 200 pupils. The school is centrally located, with outstanding facilities in-house, and full utilisation of the nearby parks and public spaces. All pupils sit either the Common Entrance or Scholarship examinations and go onto top Independent day and boarding schools.
From January 2021, our client is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher to their thriving school community. The ideal Maths Teacher will need to have some experience teaching Maths at senior school level, and so this position is not suitable for an NQT Maths Teacher. All pupils sit either the Common Entrance or Scholarship examinations, and so it is desirable that the successful Maths Teacher have experience preparing pupils for these examinations. Our client expects that aside from teaching Maths, the Maths Teacher play an active role in the pastoral life of the school, for example as a form tutor. Experience working within an Independent Through School, and teaching Maths to a higher level, is desirable as the school has a strong academic focus.
If you do have the relevant requirements and would like to be considered for the role of Maths Teacher please send through a copy of your CV, or call Mhairi at Connaught for more information.
