Music Teacher – Junior School (January 2026 Start) – Dubai

Connaught Education is partnering with a leading international through-school in Dubai to recruit an inspiring and passionate Music Teacher for their Junior School, starting January 2026.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to deliver an engaging and creative music curriculum to KS1 and KS2 pupils, nurturing musical skills, confidence, and a love of performance in a world-class learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality music lessons across KS1 and KS2

  • Inspire and engage students through interactive and creative teaching

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the performing arts curriculum

  • Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities, including performances, ensembles, and school events

Candidate Requirements:

  • BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience teaching Music across KS1 and KS2

  • Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about fostering young musicians

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents

  • Growth mindset: reflective, solution-focused, and committed to continuous improvement

  • Proven track record of providing outstanding learning and teaching

  • Desire to work in a world-class school and contribute to the wider school community
