Our client, an independent sixth form in Cambridge, is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Office Manager to join their high achieving, well regarded institution.
The sixth form is part of a wider group of independent schools that caters for a mix of local and international students. Academic achievement is well above average and many students go on to Oxbridge and Russell Group Universities in the UK and leading universities around the world. As well as KS5, the college also tutor for undergraduate and foundation degree level as well as Pre-U.
Currently the college require an experienced Office Manager to join their busy administration department as soon as possible. The successful Office Manager applicant will take responsibility of the front office reception, Finance, Payroll and Deputising for the Register. The main duties of the Office Manager includes; day-to-day running of the front office, assisting at school events and managing two receptionists. The Office Manager candidate will have financial responsibilities such as managing the invoices of school fees, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained and collating and managing pay instructions for Head Office in London. The successful Office Manager will be an excellent communicator, have strong administrative and organisational skills and have the ability to develop a teamwork ethos.
The hours are 09:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday. Working throughout the year.
