Our client, an established independent school, is looking for a qualified and dedicated PE Teacher to join their enthusiastic and dedicated team.
The school is an academically selective independent school senior school based north of London/ Middlesex. It has roughly 300 students on roll aged 11-18 and an excellent reputation academically achieving national acclaim for GCSE results in recent years. In addition, the school feeds into some of the UK’s leading universities. The school is situated on expansive rural grounds which are well maintained and, in some areas, have been developed to provide students with first rate sporting facilities. The main school is housed in a listed building but there are also modern labs and a variety of classroom types in newer buildings on the same site.
There is currently a vacancy for a PE Teacher to join the team from September 2022 on a full-time, permanent contract. A love of sport, games and PE is fostered early on at this school, with a 100% pass rate at GCSE for over twenty years. The successful PE Teacher candidate will have exceptional knowledge and a passion for sports, showing a particular strength in Football – the school’s football team were national champions recently and it is hoped the incoming PE Teacher will be able to challenge the very talented pupils.
Salary will be determined on the schools own generous scale and is dependent on skillset and experience.
