Our client, a high performing British Independent School in Spain, is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Primary Teacher to join their knowledgeable and dedicated Primary Teaching Team.
The school is an outstanding British International School which caters for the education of British expats and local boys and girls of ages 3-19. The school is part of a wider network of independent schools around the world and having been established in the last couple of years has modern first-class facilities. The school is based near Barcelona on the coast, just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach.
The school are now looking for an experienced primary teacher to join them on a permanent contract commencing September 2019. The role of Primary Teacher requires teaching in the lower school and ideally, we will consider teachers with UK QTS and/or UK curriculum experience. Primary Teacher applicants should have experience teaching the KS1 or KS2 UK curriculum and have experience of or a desire to work with small classes. To ensure the best available appointment the school will be considering KS1 and KS2 teachers and rearranging their existing staff team to accommodate the incoming member of staff. Knowledge of assessment and monitoring at this level would be an advantage and ideally, the successful applicant will have a strong academic background themselves.
Salary will be offered at €31,000.
