We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead 3-bedded children’s homes in Birmingham, supporting young people aged 8-18 with Learning Disabilities (LD) and associated complex needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front, ensuring both homes provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.
We welcome applications from experienced Registered Managers and strong Deputy Managers ready to take the next step, with full organisational support.
The role is Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Key Details:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within a children’s residential care setting.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent is essential.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
