Location: Harrow, London
Job Type: Permanent
School Nurse – Independent Prep School
Location: North London
Start Date: January 2021
Timetable: Part-Time or Full-Time
Our client, an independent secondary school in North London, is looking for two suitably qualified and experienced School Nurses to join their successful and thriving staff team.
This all-girls independent day school has an excellent reputation and record of achievement in the competitive London Independent School catchment. The school is successful in its aim to produce academic, polite, and well-rounded pupils. The outstanding curriculum is diverse, rich and is taught by passionate and committed teachers to engaged and aspirational pupils.
The school is looking for two dynamic and well-qualified School Nurses to take responsibility for health provision in the school. The school nurses will be responsible for around 1000 pupils in the school and are an integral part of the pastoral team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent and organized school nurse, Registered General Nurse, or RGN to take responsibility for the provision of the healthcare and pastoral needs of the pupils in the school. You will ideally have current and relevant experience in a school setting, although Practice Nursing or A&E skills would be of interest. Previous experience of working in schools is not an essential requirement but would be helpful to any application.
The salary range for the school nurse position is on the school’s own generous scale and dependent on experience. This is a full or part-time, permanent contract with the school and comes with all the benefits of being a permanent employee and a generous holiday allowance.
If you do have the relevant requirements and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send through your CV, or call Hayley at Connaught for more information. Hayley.logue@connaughteducation.com
