Our client, a Leading Independent School in Surrey, is looking for a qualified Science Teacher to join their knowledgeable and dedicated Science department on a temporary basis. The position is suitable for both an experienced Science Teacher and a NQT.
The school is an outstanding Independent School, located in Surrey. The school are now looking for a Science Teacher to join them on a part time permanent basis, commencing January 2021. The role of the Science Teacher includes teaching all Sciences at KS3, and one other Science at GCSE Level. Ideally the successful Science Teacher will be a Biology specialist. In addition to this, the appointed Science Teacher will hold Form Teacher responsibilities, where they will be responsible for the daily registration of pupils and further, the monitoring of pupils academic, pastoral and social development.
Science Teacher must be able to teach to KS3 and the position is suited to both NQT’s as well as experienced teachers. The successful Science Teacher candidate will also possess the ability to communicate effectively with staff and students, and support the children in fulfilling their own potential.
Salary will be competitive and dependent on the applicant’s experience as a Science Teacher.
