Once you are registered to work with Connaught,  your CV and opportunity preferences will be stored and flagged in our system. This will enable to us to match vacancies and schools with your profile very efficiently, and we will contact you as roles emerge.

In each case, we will contact you only about those opportunities we feel would be a good fit for youand discuss the role and setting with you in further detail before referring your CV to the school in question.

We work with numerous schools, groups, organisations and institutions in the UK and worldwide. That means we are constantly seeking to fill a range of vacancies across the independent sector. And we work hard to find opportunities that will feed our pool of professionals.

Part of our model is to take great care in aligning candidates with opportunities, and of course we can only match you with the roles we have been tasked by clients to fill. This means candidates should not necessarily expect immediate contact from us. But as and when opportunities arise, we will always reach out.
