The college is now looking to interview candidates for a full-time permanent HR Officer role. This will be a permanent appointment to support ongoing growth and development. The role of HR Officer will be broad in scope and varied because of the size of the school support team. The appointed HR Officer will need to be versatile in their approach and able to work well as part of a dynamic team, as well as autonomously. The focus of the HR Officer will be with compliance around hiring and staff recruitment seasonally. Experience in a school setting is desired but not essential.
